TREY KATZ

Hey, I'm Trey Katz. I fell in love with gymnastics at age 8, and by 12, I made my first national team. Over a 16-year career, I competed on the world stage, earning medals and pushing my limits. Now, as a coach, my mission is to bring elite training to athletes worldwide. My Online Training Academy offers on-demand coaching, skill progressions, and mental training, so you can train smarter and perform at your best-anytime, anywhere.
